A restaurant needed one system for three channels —tables, takeaway and delivery— routing each order to the right kitchen printer, operated by non-technical staff on tablets. The core challenge: the app lives on the internet, but the printers sit inside the restaurant.
The solution connects the restaurant’s online system with the kitchen: each order prints automatically on the right station’s printer, with no complex install or exposed network setup. It includes half-and-half pizzas with averaged pricing across all channels, 4 user roles, integrations and a KPIs dashboard.
